  Assisting in Audit Preparation

• Vouching the documentation (Eg. Invoice, Delivery Order, Bank Statement etc) to ensuring all necessary documents and records are properly and existence incurred.

  Testing and Analysis

• Compliance testing by performing tests to ensure compliance with internal controls, policies and regulatory standards.
• Assisting in analyzing financial data and identifying trends, variances, or discrepancies. 

  Reporting & Supporting

• Assisting in the communication of audit findings to Seniors/Manager for discussion.
• Handling administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying and organizing documents.

    Learning and Development

• Learning audit software and tools such as aBot, Microsoft Excel and etc to specialized auditing platforms.
• Participating and learning more about audit procedures, standards (Eg. MPERS) and industry best practices.

Job Requirements

• A recognized diploma or bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field is typically required. A strong academic record, such as a CGPA of 3.0 or above.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports. 
• Conduct audit procedures and contribute to the audit process. 
• Support audit preparation and compliance activities. 
• Collaborate with team members on various accounting and financial projects. 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities. 
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
