<li>Assist superior in the preparation of statutory documents and circulation of documents to the relevant parties.</li>
<li>Assist superior to maintain statutory books and records and ensure proper filling system for secretarial documents.</li>
<li>Assist superior to liaise with auditors, public officer and other relevant parties.</li>
<li>Prepare certified documents.</li>
<li>Look for opportunities to improve efficiency through improved practices and work processes, discussion with tech team on automation of process.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Other Ad Hoc task (Copy Writer)&nbsp;</li>
