Job Description

We’re looking for a confident and charismatic TikTok Live Host to be the face of our luxury jewelry brand on TikTok. You’ll host live-selling sessions featuring diamonds, gemstones, gold, and fine jewelry — engaging with viewers, showcasing products, and converting interest into sales.

This is a high-energy, sales-driven role that combines presentation skills, product knowledge, and audience engagement to deliver an exciting live shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Host and present regular TikTok Live sessions to showcase fine jewelry and gemstone collections
• Explain product features, materials (e.g. carat, cut, clarity), and pricing clearly to potential buyers
• Answer real-time questions from viewers and build strong rapport with the audience
• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to plan and align live content with campaigns
• Maintain brand tone and professionalism during all live sessions
• Track live performance metrics (e.g. views, sales, engagement) and suggest improvements
• Occasionally assist with video content creation (e.g. unboxing, styling tips, customer Q&A)

• Confident, well-spoken, and presentable on camera
• Strong sales skills and persuasive communication
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, live-selling environment
• Passionate about jewelry, gemstones, and luxury products
• Able to learn and explain jewelry specs (e.g. 18k gold, GIA diamonds, etc.) accurately
• Fluent in [Language(s) required – e.g., English, Mandarin, Bahasa]
• Flexible with working hours, including evenings/weekends for peak viewing times
• Experience with TikTok Live, Shopee Live, or other livestream platforms is a strong plus

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Prior experience in jewelry retail, luxury goods, or livestream sales
• Knowledge of diamond grading and gemstone types
• Strong following or on-camera presence on social platforms
• Background in hosting, acting, or sales
