Job Description
- Develop creative design concepts, mood boards, and space planning layouts
- Prepare detailed construction drawings and technical documentation
- Produce high-quality 3D renderings and presentations
- Manage projects from concept stage to completion
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers
- Conduct site visits, inspections, and progress monitoring
- Ensure projects meet timeline, budget, and quality standards
- Support project costing, material selection, and specifications
- Lead and guide junior designers when required
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
- Minimum 5 years working experience in interior design industry
- Strong proficiency in 3ds Max, AutoCAD, SketchUp
- Skilled in Adobe Photoshop and presentation preparation
- Strong sense of design aesthetics, detailing, and space planning
- Able to manage multiple projects independently
- Good communication and client coordination skills
