Job Description

•  Prepare full tender documentation, including Bills of Quantities, for internal review and submission.
   
• Carry out cost estimation, budgeting, and project costing in accordance with approved drawings and BQ.
   
• Prepare and submit project progress claims, interim valuations, and variation orders.
   
• Evaluate, verify, and process subcontractor claims and payments.
   
• Attend site valuations and conduct measurement of work done to ensure accuracy and compliance.
   
• Monitor project costs and provide cost control support throughout the project lifecycle.
   
• Liaise with project teams, consultants, and subcontractors on commercial and contractual matters.
   
• Perform other quantity surveying and cost management duties as assigned by management.

Job Requirements

•  Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree / Post Graduate Diploma / Diploma / Professional Qualification in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
   
• Minimum 1 years of working experience in the construction industry.
   
• Proficient in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken and written).
   
• Strong knowledge of construction costing, measurement, tendering, and contract administration.
   
• Good analytical, numerical, and documentation skills with strong attention to detail.
   
• Able to work independently and collaboratively within a project team.
   
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other relevant quantity surveying tools.
   
• Positive working attitude, responsible, and committed to meeting project deadlines.
