About the role
Zone Designworks (JB Office) is seeking skilled Intermediate and Senior Project Architects to join our growing team in Johor. As a full-time Project Architect, you will play a crucial role in the successful delivery of architectural projects, collaborating closely with our clients and multidisciplinary design teams.
What you'll be doing
- Lead the design and development of architectural projects from concept to completion
- Prepare detailed design drawings, specifications, and project documentation
- Coordinate with the client, consultants, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution
- Manage project budgets and timelines to deliver projects within established constraints
- Conduct site visits and oversee construction activities to ensure quality and compliance
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior architects and designers
- Contribute to the growth and development of the design team and the practice

Job Requirements
What we're looking for:
- 4-7+ years of experience as a Project Architect, with a strong portfolio of completed projects. You will need to have experience in high-rise and mixed development projects.
- Proficient in using architectural design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit
- Strong technical knowledge of building by-laws, building materials, construction methods, and local building codes
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with clients and project teams
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to deliver innovative design solutions
- A degree in Architecture or a related field and a valid professional license or registration
- Proficiency in Mandarin will be an added advantage but not mandatory.
