<li>Prompt reporting to superior and keeps them informed on all department issues &amp; project updates.</li>
<li>Plan, execute, and follow up training modules organized for Operation teams.</li>
<li>Conduct theory and practical classes on onboarding, customer service, and coffee knowledge training in line with company policy/ SOP.</li>
<li>Perform in-house training via online and physical class.</li>
<li>Develop &amp; maintain training materials and contribute to enhance training modules.</li>
<li>Organize training invitations and collect feedback from the training conducted.</li>
<li>Develop &amp; maintain spreadsheets or equivalent to streamline processes.</li>
<li>Provide relevant knowledge &amp; skills training up to District Manager level.</li>
<li>Involved direct and indirectly with other related departments (eg: Product, QA , Supply Chain) to get the latest updates for training material preparation.</li>
<li>Arrange external training to support Operation Management Team (eg: Food Handling Certificate).</li>
<li>Initiates, organizes &amp; handles coffee related projects in the learning &amp; development department.</li>
<li>Oversees &amp; verifies coffee related material &amp; trainings to ensure relevance &amp; accuracy of content.</li>
<li>Responsible for developing beverage equipment &amp; product related training material.</li>
<li>Completes job responsibilities and performance objectives in a timely and effective manner and in accordance with company policies and procedures.</li>
<li>Perform any other special projects/tasks as assigned by superior/ management.</li>
</ul>
