The Swimlab Sdn Bhd

Since 2019, Bayone’s founder, Zhi Qian and Chan Hao who were ex-professional swimmers had the opportunity to operate a swim school in Selangor.

They soon realized that there wasn’t a lot of swim school in Penang that provide a leading and comfortable environment for kids to learn. In 2022, they decided to bring their knowledge and experience into Penang. They started to build their network along with Yunn Fu, Co-Founder of Bayone and soon started the first Swim School in January 2023 in Jelutong Penang, and the 2nd one coming soon in Icon City, Bukit Mertajam.

Our purposes are to nurture in a fun and exciting teaching method with passionate, professional and healthy team in cutting-edge facilities and provide customers great communication service.

We successfully accomplished 500 students milestones in the first 6 months with a team of 10 people, and it has grown to a total of 21 people and a total of over 1000 students taught in December 2023.

BayOne Swim School is a swimming academy based in Penang, Malaysia. We believe everyone has the potential to achieve their dreams. Our culture is to guide and inspire individuals to grow in a joyous way. In light of our development, we are looking for highly motivated individual who fits our needs to join,grow and advance with us.
