Task &amp; Responsibilities:

<li>Parent Communication – Regularly update parents on students' learning progress, address inquiries, and communicate educational philosophies and learning plans.</li>
<li>Student Guidance – Provide personalized learning plans, assist students with academic inquiries, and offer targeted support for weaker areas.</li>
<li>Learning Progress Tracking – Monitor students' progress, provide constructive feedback and improvement suggestions, and motivate students to stay committed to learning.</li>
<li>Cross-Department Collaboration – Ensure students maintain consistent class attendance and achieve learning outcomes while working with other departments to reduce refund rates, encourage renewals, and drive referrals.</li>
</ul>
