Key Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Develop and implement structured lesson plans in accordance with the school curriculum</li>
<li>Conduct lessons effectively and carry out daily marking of students’ work</li>
<li>Prepare, administer, and grade assessments, and compile student progress reports</li>
<li>Supervise students during assigned duties and ensure their well-being and discipline</li>
<li>Maintain a conducive classroom environment and manage student behaviour appropriately</li>
<li>Communicate with parents or guardians when necessary regarding student progress and concerns</li>
<li>Participate and assist in school activities, events, and programmes as required </li>
</ul>
