Teacher Asistance / 助教
Job responsibility:
- Classroom Support: Assist teachers with various classroom tasks, such as setting up and organizing materials, preparing instructional materials, and maintaining a tidy and organized classroom.
- Student Supervision: Supervising students during class, ensuring that they stay on task, follow classroom rules, and maintain a safe and respectful learning environment.
- Small Group Instruction: Work with small groups of students or individual students who may need additional support or enrichment. Explaining concepts, answering questions, and providing additional practice.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of SPM or equivalent. Welcome fresh grad to apply.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of students.
- Willingness to follow the direction of the classroom teacher and adapt to the changing needs of the classroom.
- Enjoy mingling with children.
