&nbsp;About the Role
We are looking for a Tech Lead to drive system development, technical architecture, and platform reliability across our products and internal systems. This role is hands-on and ideal for someone who enjoys coding, designing scalable solutions, and guiding a development team while working closely with business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Lead technical design, development, and implementation of systems and platforms</li>
<li>Oversee and optimize internal systems including CRM, databases, and cloud infrastructure</li>
<li>Drive data migration, automation, and system enhancement initiatives</li>
<li>Work closely with Business and Operations teams to translate requirements into technical solutions</li>
<li>Design, develop, and manage API integrations with internal and external partners</li>
<li>Review code, improve system architecture, and ensure best engineering practices</li>
<li>Troubleshoot, optimize, and future-proof system performance and scalability</li>
<li>Manage system security, backups, and reliability</li>
<li>Mentor developers, conduct code reviews, and promote technical excellence</li>
</ul>
