Also (due to current restrictions on office working) a work from home set up allowance is currently provided. job Responsibilities:Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sellEngage with customer after contracting to ensure smooth transition and satisfactionEnsure accounts are supported and servicedDrive renewal or expansion opportunities at assigned accountsConduct issue, opportunity, forecasting and business reviewsMaintain lead and opportunity records, including next actions and follow up expectationsReview sales pipeline and performanceProduce performance and forecast reportsEngage in discovery, scoping, and pricingGain an understanding of our partners’ business goals and turn data into compelling stories and actionable insights to drive renewal or expansion opportunities at assigned accountsIdentify and share key insights from the voice of the customer, to provide learnings and recommendations from the Pilot
