Job Summary:
We are seeking a Junior Mainframe Developer to support application development within the Cards domain. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining mainframe-based card processing systems, with a focus on delivering reliable and efficient solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in COBOL-based development and exposure to banking or card-related systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, enhance, and maintain mainframe applications for card processing systems
• Write and manage programs using COBOL, JCL, and CICS
• Work with No Database, VSAM files and sequential datasets for data processing
• Participate in the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including analysis, development, testing, and deployment
• Collaborate with business analysts and cross-functional teams to implement requirements
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues and defects
• Ensure code quality, performance, and adherence to development standards
• Support system integration and testing activities
