Job Description

We are looking for an execution-focused software developer who can independently build and ship modern web and mobile applications from start to finish. This role is for someone who understands not just coding, but also product thinking, UI/UX, scalability, AI-assisted development workflows, and business impact.

This is an immediate hiring position for a hands-on builder who thrives in a fast-moving environment.

Role Overview

You will be responsible for designing, developing, improving, and maintaining web and mobile applications across our ecosystem. You are expected to work independently, move fast, think strategically, and leverage AI tools effectively to accelerate development and problem solving.

You should be comfortable owning an entire product lifecycle — from planning architecture and UI/UX implementation to deployment, optimization, debugging, and continuous iteration.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain full-stack web and mobile applications 
• Independently handle projects from concept to production deployment 
• Build scalable backend systems, APIs, databases, and integrations 
• Develop responsive and polished frontend interfaces with strong UI/UX awareness 
• Utilize AI tools and AI-assisted coding workflows to improve development speed and quality 
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions 
• Work closely with management, designers, and product stakeholders 
• Perform debugging, optimization, testing, and production support 
• Improve application performance, reliability, and security 
• Contribute to system architecture and technical decision making 
• Rapidly prototype and iterate new product ideas 
• Integrate third-party APIs, payment systems, authentication systems, and automation workflows 
• Maintain proper documentation and clean, maintainable codebase 

Job Requirements

Technical Skills

• Strong experience in full-stack development 
• Able to build both frontend and backend systems independently 
• Experience with modern web frameworks and mobile app technologies 
• Familiar with REST APIs, databases, authentication, cloud deployment, and version control 
• Experience deploying applications to production environments 
• Understanding of scalability, security, and software architecture best practices 

AI & Modern Development Workflow

• Must know how to effectively use AI tools for coding, debugging, documentation, research, and workflow optimization 
• Familiar with AI-assisted development tools such as: 
• Codex
• Cursor 
• Claude 
• Able to combine AI productivity with strong engineering judgment 

Product & UI/UX Understanding

• Strong appreciation for clean UI/UX and user-centric product design 
• Able to think beyond coding and understand business logic and customer experience 
• Attention to detail in frontend implementation and interaction flow 

Soft Skills

• Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving ability 
• High ownership and accountability
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
