3. Administrative &amp; Reporting Support

<li>&nbsp;Draft and raise Purchase Orders (POs) and Business Cases (BCs) for events and marketing-related purchases.</li>
<li>&nbsp;Assist with data entry, document filing, and coordination of approval workflows.</li>
<li>&nbsp;Support in compiling reports, post-event feedback, and performance summaries.</li>
<li>&nbsp;Maintain accurate records in trackers and folders for all event-related materials.</li>
</ul>

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration
<ul>
<li>&nbsp;Liaise with design, finance, and practice teams to ensure smooth execution of initiatives.</li>
<li>&nbsp;Participate in regular team check-ins, brainstorms, and project planning sessions.</li>
<li>&nbsp;Learn the dynamics of internal collaboration and project alignment across departments.</li>
</ul>
