We’re looking for a Regional Marketing Lead, APAC to join Addex in Kuala Lumpur, supporting a globally established financial trading brand.
This isn’t a “post on social media and call it a day” role. You’ll be involved in strategy, execution, regional coordination, campaign performance, compliance collaboration, and brand growth across APAC.
<h3>What you’ll be doing:</h3>
<ul>
<li>Planning and launching regional marketing campaigns</li>
<li>Managing initiatives across multiple APAC countries</li>
<li>Working across digital, CRM, social media, content, and branding</li>
<li>Collaborating with creatives, agencies, and regional teams</li>
<li>Tracking campaign performance and improving results</li>
<li>Ensuring campaigns meet financial services compliance requirements</li>
<li>Bringing ideas to the table and actually seeing them through</li>
</ul>
<h3>You’ll fit well if:</h3>
<ul>
<li>you have 5–7 years of marketing experience</li>
<li>you’ve worked in fintech, trading, financial services, or another regulated industry</li>
<li>you have a strong understanding of compliance and marketing regulations across the APAC region.</li>
<li>you understand the balance between creativity and compliance</li>
<li>you’re proactive and take ownership</li>
<li>you enjoy working across cultures and regions</li>
</ul>
Bonus if you’ve worked with:
