Job Description

• Support the Compliance Section in fostering a ‘compliance aware’ culture across the organization.
• Contribute to the implementation of Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Countering the Financing of Terrorism (CFT) compliance training and awareness programs.
• Assist with name screening, ongoing due diligence and transaction monitoring.
• Support client screening, transaction monitoring, and alerts, identifying suspicious activities and potential risks.
• Help in managing all AML-related tasks, including supporting regulatory audits and inspections.
• Provide support in identifying, managing, and mitigating AML compliance risks.
• Assist in liaising with relevant regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Conduct name screenings for existing clients.
• Assist in compiling detailed documentation and supporting rationale for the closure or escalation of transaction alerts.
• Work collaboratively with the team to address transaction alerts.
• Assist the Designated Compliance Officer in addressing AML/CFT matters across various departments.
• Undertake other AML-related tasks as assigned by the Compliance Manager.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree Economics, Business, Law, Bor equivalent with CGPA 3.0 and above.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Bangsar South.
