<li>Engage and assist internal stakeholders and appropriate technical experts (external consultant) to manage and implement sustainability projects and programmes.</li>
<li>Provide advice and support to Business Units towards establishing targets, goals, initiatives and roadmap for sustainability projects and programmes that improve the environmental, social and financial performance of the Group.</li>
<li>Perform sustainability and materiality assessment to prioritize initiatives, develop budgets and timelines for project implementation and lead project implementation in accordance with company-wide budget planning and strategic planning calendar.</li>
<li>Assist in the process of planning and initiation of the annual sustainability report which includes coordinating data collection and develop content for sustainability related reporting.</li>
<li>Develop evidence-based, and infographic summaries of sustainability performance analysis for both internal and external audiences.</li>
<li>Work with cross-functional team to ensure achievement of sustainability performance for business operations.</li>
<li>Identify opportunities for strategic collaboration with external parties to improve organizational sustainability performance, employee awareness and embed sustainability practices in business operations.</li>
