<li>Work closely with internal teams to analyze technical issues and provide timely solutions.</li>
<li>Gain hands-on experience with AWS services (such as EC2, S3, VPC, IAM) to manage cloud infrastructure.</li>
<li>Document troubleshooting processes, product knowledge, and technical content to enhance the internal knowledge base, ensuring continuous learning and efficient issue resolution.</li>
<li>Learn and apply best practices for security, scalability, and system reliability in a cloud environment.</li>
<li>Collaborate with development and operations teams to enhance system architecture and maintenance processes.</li>
<li>Participate in incident response and problem-solving under the guidance of senior engineers.</li>
<li>Develop an understanding of AI-related infrastructure, such as AI model deployment and GPU-based workloads.</li>
<li>Continuously explore new technologies and improve technical knowledge in cloud computing, AI infrastructure, automation, and system reliability.</li>
