Over the course of this 24-month rotational programme, you will gain hands-on experience across various departments, deepening your understanding of your assigned discipline. With the support and guidance of a dedicated mentor, you will be empowered to accelerate your professional development within the Digital Infrastructure and Green Energy industry.

Job Requirements

•  Candidates with a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical & Electronics, Solar Engineering, Accounting, Business Administration, Computer Science and Marketing, with a minimum CGPA of 3.5 are encouraged to apply.
• Strong leadership skills, a dynamic personality, self-motivation, and a results-driven mindset.
• Critical thinking and analytical skills, coupled with high learning agility and an open mindset.
• Outstanding interpersonal and problem-solving skills, along with strong mathematical and systems-thinking abilities.
• A strong team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
