Key Responsibilities

• Provide first and second-level technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in person.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, and network devices.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related problems.
• Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and security settings.
• Maintain IT documentation, asset inventory, and system logs.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for IT equipment and services.
• Support office network infrastructure, printers, and other peripherals.
• Company Website development.
• Participate in IT improvement projects and ensure best practices are followed.

Job Requirements

🎯 Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Fresh graduate or 2+ years of experience in IT support or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, MS Office, and common IT applications.
• Experience with WordPress, Office 365, and basic networking (TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, VPN).
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Relevant certifications (CompTIA A+, Microsoft, server management, etc.) are a plus.
