We are looking for a responsible, hardworking and detail-oriented Administrative Executive to join our team! This role is essential in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our company, covering administrative tasks, accounting related tasks, documentation and coordination. 
What You’ll Do:
<ul>
<li>General Administration – Handle daily office operations, filing, and documentation.</li>
<li>Accounts Data Management – Maintain accurate records of invoices, sales data and all other related data for accounting purpose.</li>
<li>Coordination – Assist in scheduling, organizing meetings, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders.</li>
<li>Support Functions – Provide administrative support as needed for operations.</li>
</ul>
You must be interested in accounting as you will have the opportunity to learn a full set of accounts while on the job as we will provide guidance and training.
