Our brand is "Aftermeal Desserts". We currently operate 4 outlets and is an independent company with the aim of becoming the BEST Dessert Cafe in Malaysia.&nbsp;

We maintain the quality on our product &amp; services with laser-like focus and this has allowed us to be quite popular among Malaysians. A reputable blog EatDrinkKL (EDKL) has described us, which we quote: "Aftermeal Desserts is known to serve some of the best desserts and has consistently earned widespread praise, respect and consideration." 

In the future we aim to have at least 10 outlets in Malaysia alone and serve desserts to as many Malaysians as possible to make them happy. We are looking for a responsible, hardworking and detail-oriented Administrative Executive to join our team! This role is essential in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our company, covering administrative tasks, accounting related tasks, documentation and coordination. 
What You’ll Do:
<ul>
<li>General Administration – Handle daily office operations, filing, and documentation.</li>
<li>Accounts Data Management – Maintain accurate records of invoices, sales data and all other related data for accounting purpose.</li>
<li>Coordination – Assist in scheduling, organizing meetings, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders.</li>
<li>Support Functions – Provide administrative support as needed for operations.</li>
</ul>
You must be interested in accounting as you will have the opportunity to learn a full set of accounts while on the job as we will provide guidance and training.
