Job Description

  • Process payments (verify invoices, enter information into the system, initiate drawdown requests, etc.)
  • Finalize agreements for execution, including mailing and stamping
  • Track and follow up on outstanding documents with the sales team
  • Manage payment records for stamping with LHDN
  • Ensure that the stamp certificate for each client is properly organized and stored in their individual file

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma holder.
  • Minimum 1 year of working experience in the related field.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Good communication skills, both written & oral.
  • Basic knowledge in Data Entry, Microsoft Word and Excel.
