&nbsp;📌 Roles &amp; Responsibilities: • Perform general clerical duties such as filing, documentation, and providing administrative support. • Ensure accuracy in data entry. • Key in all accounting entries into the Autocount Accounting System. • Assist in the submission of bimonthly Sales &amp; Service Tax (SST). • Prepare accurate and detailed quotations for customers based on their requirements. • Manage Accounts Payable. • Assist in staff claims and commission calculations. • Handle basic bookkeeping tasks and assist with invoice processing. • Perform monthly bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy between bank statements and company records. • Carry out general administrative tasks to support the Accounts Department. • Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by management from time to time.&nbsp;
