📌 Roles & Responsibilities:
• Perform general clerical duties such as filing, documentation, and providing administrative support.
• Ensure accuracy in data entry.
• Key in all accounting entries into the Autocount Accounting System.
• Assist in the submission of bimonthly Sales & Service Tax (SST).
• Prepare accurate and detailed quotations for customers based on their requirements.

• Handle basic bookkeeping tasks and assist with invoice processing.
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy between bank statements and company records.
• Carry out general administrative tasks to support the Accounts Department.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by management from time to time.
🎓 Qualifications:
• Diploma, Degree or equivalent qualification.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Basic knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting.
• Good time management and organizational skills.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
