Key Responsibilities

• Promote and demonstrate products to customers in-store 
• Assist customers by providing product information and recommendations 
• Achieve daily / weekly / monthly sales targets 
• Ensure products are well displayed and stock levels are maintained 
• Monitor competitor activities and provide feedback to management 
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve basic issues professionally 
• Submit daily sales reports and attendance records 
• Support promotional campaigns, roadshows, or events when required

Job Requirements

Requirements

• Minimum SPM or equivalent 
• Prior experience in retail sales or promoter role is an advantage 
• Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English (Mandarin is a plus) 
• Friendly, approachable, and customer-oriented personality 
• Willing to work on weekends, public holidays, and retail hours 
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
