Position: Civil Engineer (Road Construction)

Job Description:
- Plan and oversee road construction projects including earthwork, subgrade preparation, paving, and drainage.
- Prepare and review construction drawings, cost estimates, and project schedules.
- Supervise on-site construction activities and ensure compliance with engineering plans, standards (IRC, MoRTH), and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, surveyors, and government authorities for smooth execution of works.
- Conduct site inspections, quality control checks, and material testing.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports and submit to project management.
- Monitor project budgets and timelines to ensure cost-effective and timely delivery.
- Resolve technical issues, provide engineering solutions, and suggest improvements.
- Ensure compliance with environmental and occupational safety norms.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for audits and approvals.
