Job Description

Maintains project schedule by monitoring project progress & coordinating activities
Reviewing design, specification, plan and schedule change
Identifying problems with project, taking lead on developing solutions
Ensuring project meets its deadlines at each stage
Cooperate and communicate effectively with project manager, consultants, contractors to provide assistance and technical support, ensuring work is progressing smoothly
To prepare data compilation/ info presentation for management reporting

Job Requirements

With 5 years working experience in project coordination in Construction/Property/Real Estate industry.
Good knowledge in AutoCad & MS office skills.
Good in project management and supervision skills.
Good communication skills and liaising with international counterparts.
