Our client is a leading EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) contractor in the membrane bioreactor (MBR) system segment, providing comprehensive solutions in the water and wastewater treatment industry. Our scope includes:

• Full-scale design, construction, and commissioning of Sewage and Wastewater Treatment Plants (WWTP).
  
• Consultation services for infrastructure planning and implementation.
   

Who We Serve

Their clients include private industrial manufacturers, plant suppliers, public utility operators, and engineering consultants across Malaysia. They support a broad spectrum of infrastructure projects, primarily in the wastewater treatment sector.

Job Summary:

• Compile proposal which include plant design, costing, budgeting, scheduling for project tender.
• Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including design, construction, and operations, to ensure seamless project execution.
• Oversee the procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontractor services, ensuring adherence to budget and schedule.
• Monitor project progress, identify and resolve issues, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to troubleshoot technical challenges and implement innovative solutions.
• Prepare comprehensive project documentation, including reports, proposals, and presentations.

Job Requirements

 ■ Must Requirement
・5 ~ 10 years of experience of Proposal Engineer / Project Engineer in Plant construction of Water Treatment Facility.
・Good understanding of tender process, tender document, compilation of proposal in government project.
・Must be able to compile proposal of waste water treatment solution.

■ Advantage
・Diploma/Degree in any engineering (mechanical, electrical, biological, chemical, construction) study.
・Familiar with plant engineering related to waste water treatment facilities.
・Experience in dealing with overseas supplier and familiar with import process.
・Familiar with Word, Excel, Power point and Auto-CAD.
