  • Present, demonstrate and initiate marketing strategies to promote AGOS services to obtain high level brand recognition
  • Prepare proposal, quotation, sales contracts and response to RFQ (request for quote) or an RFP (request for proposal) 
  • Develop a roadmap to achievement business targets and build opportunity to manage plans to win
  • Proactively negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements and long-term partnerships
  • Manage existing customers and develop new business with an agile mindset that focuses on exceeding sales growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients and create new business opportunities in the market
  • Timely align with industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify emerging opportunities and adapt strategies accordingly

Job Requirements

 

  • Minimum 5 years of work experience in training, business development or any related field preferably with proven track of record of sales success
  • Past experience working in Consulting, Finance and Accounting industry will be added advantage 
  • Learn fast, think fast and can multitask effectively
  • Self-starter attitude; able to independently deliver work with minimal supervision 
  • Agile with a can-do mindset in a fluid and fast-paced environment
  • A strong and effective presenter and communicator
  • Excellent command of English, both verbal and written 
  • At least a degree in relevant industry or equivalent
