You will have a unique and important part to play in helping more people live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives.&nbsp;So if you believe in inspiring a better future, read on.About the RoleResponsible for driving the achievement of Bancassurance business targets for the region and to coach and support the Bank sales staff as well as branch network.<ul><li>To ensure the branch achieve the target given by management - Regular Premium and Single Premium.</li><li>To monitor production and visitation schedule for Bancassurance Consultants (BC).</li><li>To conduct product training for BC and bank executives in their respective branches.</li><li>To support bank branches on their activities to promote Bancassurance products on weekdays or weekends such as Wealth Planning event, Roadshow &amp; etc.</li><li>To ensure sales &amp; support and marketing team consistently track outstanding cases, claims settlement and all pending cases.</li><li>To conduct weekly meetings with BC to review their performance and progress.</li><li>To maintain a good teamwork amongst staffs.</li><li>To ensure compliance as per company and regulatory requirements.</li></ul>Job Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Actuarial or Marketing.</li><li>At least 3 years of relevant experience in Bancassurance sales / Relationship Manager / Personal Banker or equivalent.</li><li>Passionate for sales.</li><li>Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (both written and oral).</li><li>Good presentation and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.</li></ul>#LI-DNIBuild a career with us as we help our customers and the community live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives.You must provide all requested information, including Personal Data, to be considered for this career opportunity.
