How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

Main Accountabilities

• Contribute in establishing telemetry operation procedures and set the KPIs
• Configurate telemetry devices and system to match the requirements from physical operations
• Optimize alarms setting to improve physical operation efficiency and reliability
• Cooperate with IT and supplier to improve the security, reliability and efficiency of telemetry system

1. Ensure proper working of Telemetry operations

• ensure telemetry readings are updated timely and adequately react to troubleshoot to ensure continuous signal transmission to ALTO
• keep regular contact with Bulk Operations and maintenance team
• train and assist the maintenance team for new RTU installations/changes
• Define spare parts policy (ensure that local team always has telemetry spare parts stocked), ensure telemetry units are repaired timely when failing
• control and validate invoices from ALIZENT

2. Provide Telemetry Expertise to Cluster countries

• Provide training to countries maintenance teams and telemetry contacts
• Regularly review the execution of the maintenance plans with the telemetry contacts
• Provide L2 support for troubleshooting to local teams
• Prepare and execute an annual plan to diagnose and improve the telemetry installations functioning in countries
• Maintain and update SOPs / training documents as part of propagation of know-how within the local entities

3. Assist in new telemetry unit setup for On-Sites and Bulk Tanks

• supervise telemetry installations and configurations for new installations ALTO and IOT4BOS
• Help implement telemetry best practices when starting a new site
• Monitor the proper data flow with

4. Participate in digital projects involving Telemetry

• participate in new technology discussion with ALIZENT, APAC Telemetry CoP, Hub and cluster digital projects (eg IBO)
• evaluate appropriate technology for business needs in cluster countries
• animate meetings / experience sharing sessions on a periodic and regular basis
• participate in key "SIO type" projects, including internet architecture design, system configuration, hardware set-up, internet security, data security

5. Data and referential Management

• Act as Data Owner for telemetry units data
• Specify/Develop/utilize relevant PowerBI dashboards and exception reports to flag wrong/inadequate data
• perform data update campaigns with country users to ensure master data are kept up-to-date

Are you a MATCH?

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in telemetry systems, operations, or a similar technical role.
