Are you passionate about the dynamic world of social media and eCommerce? We are looking for a motivated and curious Performance Marketing Intern to join our team. This is a hands-on learning opportunity where you will support the execution and optimization of digital campaigns across major platforms like TikTok, Shopee, Lazada, and META. You will gain invaluable experience in data analysis, campaign management, and the fast-paced environment of performance marketing. 
<ins>What You'll Do (Your Learning Journey)</ins>&nbsp;

<li>Support Campaign Execution: Assist the Performance Marketing team in setting up, launching, and monitoring digital campaigns across key eCommerce and social platforms.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Learn Data Analysis &amp; Reporting: Help compile and analyze campaign performance data (impressions, clicks, sales) to identify basic trends and insights for weekly reports.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Conduct Market Research: Undertake research on industry trends, competitor campaigns, and audience preferences to inform our marketing strategies.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Aid in Budget Monitoring: Support the team by helping to track campaign budgets and flagging any significant underspending or overspending.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Assist with Campaign Logistics: Help with the client/internal stakeholder onboarding process and ensure all campaign assets are organized and ready for launch.&nbsp;</li>
