Job Purpose / 职位目的
To oversee and manage the overall building operations, maintenance, and service delivery to ensure smooth day-to-day management of the property. The Building Operations Manager is responsible for coordinating site teams, vendors, and contractors to maintain building standards and ensure residents’ satisfaction.

A. Key Responsibilities / 主要职责A. Operations Management / 运营管理
- Oversee daily building operations including maintenance, security, cleaning, and landscape services.
- Ensure all facilities are operating efficiently and safely.
- Conduct regular site inspections and identify areas for improvement.
- Monitor and follow up on maintenance requests, repair works, and service reports.
监督大楼的日常运作,包括维修、安全、清洁及园艺服务。确保各项设施运作顺畅、安全。定期巡视现场,发现及改善问题。跟进维修申请、修复工作及服务报告。
B. Team Leadership / 团队管理
- Lead and supervise site staff including building supervisors, administrators, technicians, and cleaners.
- Provide training, guidance, and performance evaluation to site teams.
- Ensure staff adhere to company policies and service standards.
带领并监督现场团队,包括主管、管理员、技术员及清洁工。提供培训与指导,并评估团队表现。确保团队遵守公司政策与服务标准。
C. Financial & Administrative Control / 财务与行政管理
- Assist in preparing and monitoring operating budgets.
- Verify vendor invoices, quotations, and service contracts.
- Support billing, procurement, and expense reporting related to building operations.

D. Stakeholder Communication / 沟通与协调
- Act as the liaison between management, committee members, and residents.

Requirements / 任职要求
- Bachelor’s Degree in Property Management, Facilities Management, Engineering, or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in building or facilities operations.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and reporting.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple sites.
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an advantage).
