Job Description
- Have strong product knowledge and good in presenting to customer ensuring them fully understand the whole process of the Stem Cell procedure and confident in the product.
- Handle all arrangement and communication between the customer and doctor professionally. Which includes the appointment dates, queries and other matters.
- Resolves customer’s complaint, feedback and problems to the satisfaction of the customers.
- Responsible for customer support and keep customers informed of new products, pricing, After Sales Service any relevant updates.
- Execute and participate in marketing and promotional activities, public events, exhibitions, etc.
- Attend to Social media enquiries, lead and advertisement
- Handle all Sales processing, such as issue Receipt, Invoice, collect payment.
- Ensure the cleanliness of the center
Job Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Science field, preferably in Nutritionist, Bio Science, Biotechnology, Life Science and Medical Science.
- Candidates with sales experience also encouraged to apply while those experience in the any Medical field areas of Stem Cell, Aesthetics and/or Orthopedics are also encouraged to apply.
- Strong interest in the Health Wellness and stem cell industry.
- Service oriented, flexible and proactive towards clients' needs.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
