We are looking for a Finance Executive with excellent accounting and analytical skills who is responsible for handling all financial processes of the organization, implementing financial policies, creating budgets, keeping track of financial transactions, and providing the managerial team with finance reports.

1. Handle a full set of accounts, co-ordinate and ensure monthly closing with stipulated deadlines
2. Creating and implementing financial policies of the organization
3. Planning financial budgets to increase operational efficiency of the organization
4. Monitor cash-flow of the organization by monitoring income, expenditure, and investments
5. Maintain receipts and records for all the business transactions
6. Preparing financial reports and evaluating them to optimize resources
7. Preparing balance sheet, invoices, etc
8. Monitoring transactions, identifying irregularities in invoices, monitor bank deposits and payments, etc.
9. Identifying areas of cost-reduction to maximize profit is one of the key responsibility that should be included in finance executive job description
10. Assisting the managerial team in budgeting, taxes, and investments
11. Supervising a team of accountants and finance clerks
12. Monitor the economic and financial changes
13. Prepare payment to vendors and managed online banking matters.
14. Assist in financial audits
15. Performing regular financial analysis; resolving issues
16. Support in budget and forecast preparation
17. Perform other ad hoc assignments and tasks as and when requested by management.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent and/or a professional accountancy qualification
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in full set accounting or 4 to 5 years in related field, preferably in the manufacturing, FMCG or food industry
• Members of accounting bodies such as ACCA, MACPA, CIMA and CPA are an added advantage.
• Team player, good in communication, high sense of responsibility and urgency with good interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure, detail-oriented and employs a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Well-versed with ERP Accounting Software System and Microsoft Excel
