Position Overview We are seeking a skilled and proactive Finance Executive to join our Finance Team in Kota Damansara, with a strong emphasis on managing the company’s Accounts Payable (AP) function. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment, and confident in communicating directly with vendors. This is a hands-on role that requires a strong understanding of financial operations and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities

<li>Manage the full set of accounts, with a focus on Accounts Payable and bank reconciliation.</li>
<li>Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end closings.</li>
<li>Supervise cash flow and manage financial risk to ensure sufficient operational funds at all times.</li>
<li>Assist in data gathering and analysis of financial statements.</li>
<li>Prepare monthly financial reports.</li>
<li>Support the preparation of annual budgets and monthly forecast figures.</li>
<li>Assist in preparing the annual report and audit-related documentation.</li>
<li>Handle ad hoc assignments and other finance-related tasks as required.</li>
<li>Maintain and update financial records, documents, and accounting systems.</li>
<li>Collaborate with internal teams, including executives and managers, to complete assigned tasks.</li>
<li>Perform any other related duties as assigned from time to time. &nbsp;</li>
