Job Description

•  Assist senior financial planners in preparing client meetings and presentations.
• Participate in client meetings to observe and learn client interaction best practices.
• Respond to client inquiries and provide basic information on financial products and services.
• Help gather and organize client financial data, including income, expenses, assets, and liabilities.
• Assist in performing financial assessments to support the development of financial plans.
• Learn to use financial planning software and tools to create basic financial projections.
• Conduct research on investment options, financial products, and market trends.
• Aid in administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing client files, and document preparation.
• Assist in maintaining client databases and records in compliance with regulations.
• Handle basic office tasks and support the smooth operation of the office.

Job Requirements

•  Candidates must possess at least Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Investment, Accounting, Business Administrative, Marketing, Public Relations or related field.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English. Prefer Mandarin.
• Personal goal oriented, motivated, disciplined with an entrepreneur’s mindset.
• Interested in Financial services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.
