Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Be an expert in all things related to event technicality, video, and photo production to elevate the quality of content produced by the AV team.
  • Be accountable and oversee each project from conception to completion within the timeframe. Not limited to suggesting new styles and concepts in the delivery of the message.
  • Assist the Creative & Video Producer lead in collaborating closely with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operation for event, video, and photo projects.
  • Understand the brief closely from the requestor and lead the briefing sessions with the vendors. Follow up closely on pitching datelines to ensure the project starts in a timely manner.
  • Competency to work well with all stakeholders and key team members for the success of the project. Step up and lead, when necessary while maintaining professionalism and fostering collaboration.
  • Monitor multimedia pre-production right up to post-production processes to ensure accurate completion of all content.
  • Engage relevant and qualified vendors for more complicated productions that are time-sensitive and require a larger team to accomplish.
  • Operate the necessary AV equipments in our meeting rooms to deliver a high quality event.
  • Travel overseas and assist the Creative & Video Producer in the production of NCA (incentive trips) videos and photos.
  • For less complex projects, to perform the video shoot, editing, and photography when necessary.
  • Negotiate with vendors for the best cost-efficient rates without compromising the quality of deliverables.
  • Be a talent in front of camera if necessary for projects that may require an in-house talent.
  • Travel to shoot locations to monitor the production and be the product expert and advise vendors on accuracy where necessary.
  • Monitor and execute LIVE Streaming of events via social media, Microsoft Teams, and Zoom, not excluding any other LIVE streaming platforms when necessary.
  • Obtain and file the necessary documentations, rights, talent release forms, and all media produced by the vendors.
  • Ensure that all assets are archived and filed properly.
  • Maintain all video production equipment’s to always ensure its functioning properly.
  • PO creation, new vendor registration, raising invoices for all projects that is managed by the AV team.
  • Management of Amway’s facial recognition photo album platform.
  • Oversee and update all digital video displays with relevant and latest content for internal advertising purposes.
  • Engage translators for events and ensure the simultaneous translation setup on streaming platforms are functioning properly.
  • Report the performance of all videos and photo albums on a monthly basis.
