What you can expect from Ansell

<ol>
<li>Assist in collecting samples and perform Laboratory testing (Product Testing, Incoming, New Batch &amp; In-Process) accurately and on time according to the Standard Operating Procedures.</li>
<li>&nbsp;Assist in Data Collection, Data Analyst and Documentation as requested by QA Executive (Lab &amp; QA FRC).</li>
<li>&nbsp;Carry out experiment as requested by QA Executive (Lab &amp; QA FRC).</li>
<li>&nbsp;Assist in ensuring gloves are ready for external testing as per Claim Substantiation requirements.</li>
<li>&nbsp;Prepare and standardize laboratory reagents.</li>
<li>&nbsp;Assist in troubleshooting on Laboratory, Compounding and Production related quality problem, as instructed by QA Executive (Lab &amp; QA FRC) / Manager, QA / QA &amp; RA Manager (if required).</li>
<li>&nbsp;Assist in analyzing boiler water, demineralize water, cooling water and wastewater.</li>
<li>&nbsp;Assist in carrying out equipment calibration as per schedule. Liaise with external calibration vendor and equipment owner for the calibration if necessary.</li>
<li>&nbsp;Maintain laboratory chemicals, apparatus, equipment, furniture, and fittings in good working condition.</li>
<li>&nbsp;Record and maintain all test results on correct documents and feedback to relevant sections on time.</li>
<li>&nbsp;Practice good work practice, housekeeping &amp; safety.</li>
<li>&nbsp;Any other responsibilities that would be assigned from time to time.</li>
