OUR CULTURE

<li>Handle full set of financial accounts,</li>
<li>Prepare a full reconciliation of company accounts in preparation for the audit schedule,</li>
<li>Review and preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statement and various detailed analysis report to relevant parties,</li>
<li>Preparation of management reports, budget, profit, and cash flow forecast if needed,</li>
<li>Perform timely closing &amp; submission of GST (Goods and Services Tax)</li>
<li>Oversee the whole financial operations including AP, AR, fixed assets, inventory, taxes, financial accounting, and management,</li>
<li>Resolves accounting &amp; financial issues,</li>
<li>Reviews general ledger to ensure accuracy of posting,</li>
<li>Coordinates monthly and annual closing activities,</li>
<li>Produces financial statements and ad hoc financial reports,</li>
<li>Ensure all related transactions for accounts receivable, accounts payable, intercompany loans &amp; manual journal are recorded monthly in the company’s accounting system. Whilst ensuring proper documentation for all invoices and payments for future reference,</li>
<li>Review the external auditor’s findings and propose solutions to the company,</li>
<li>Liaising with company tax auditors, bankers and other third parties where needed,</li>
<li>Review all inventory reports and cross-checking actual stock by visiting the club conducting a club Audit</li>
<li>Tagging all company assets and cross referencing against the internal database to ensure all company assets are retained,</li>
<li>Review all operational audits submitted by the SCM (personal training/membership agreement, equipment inventory audit)</li>
<li>Performs other duties as assigned or required</li>
