About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager to lead and oversee the development and delivery of full suite drone solution. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving product vision, translating business needs into actionable development plans, and ensuring successful execution in alignment with company objectives.
This position requires a balance of strategic thinking, cross-functional coordination, and practical project management skills. The Product Manager will work closely with software and hardware engineers, QA, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and quality delivery of software products
Key Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Define, plan, and manage the product roadmap in collaboration with the Head of Software and cross-functional teams.</li>
<li>Gather, analyze, and prioritize product requirements from stakeholders and translate them into actionable tasks for development teams.</li>
<li>Occasionally accompany the commercial team on field visits to gain first-hand insight into customer needs, market challenges, trends, and demands, enabling a deeper understanding of user workflows to inform product design; must be comfortable working outdoors in hot conditions.</li>
<li>Capable of using AI tools to generate required UI/UX as ideation and manually fine tuning as required.</li>
<li>Lead sprint planning, backlog management, and progress tracking to ensure timely and quality delivery of product releases.</li>
<li>Coordinate with internal and external teams to align business goals, technical feasibility, and delivery timelines.</li>
<li>Conduct product reviews, identify potential risks or issue, and propose corrective actions.</li>
<li>Monitor key product metrics and user feedback to continuously improve product quality and user</li>
</ul>

<li>Prepare PRD as requirements are gathered and ensure stakeholders to sign-off once finalised.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with organizational standards, processes, and best practices in product and project management.</li>
