Job Description

• Assist project team to perform duties as below: -

a) Coordinate for all project execution matters

b) Plan and oversee execution of projects in the areas of engineering, procurement,

fabrication, installation, testing and commissioning.

c) To coordinate all technical activities to ensure specifications are followed.

• To prepare project documents including preliminary design such as drawings and layouts, technical specifications, project calculations and other relevant documents.
• Assist to compile documents and keep track of all project related paperwork.
• Prepare and update reports as project progress. Gantt Chart is required for progress monitoring.
• Attend kick off meeting (internal & external), record and prepare meeting minutes.
• Any other tasks that being assigned by your superior or Management.

Job Requirements

• Chemical Engineering student.
