Job Description
- Work closely with the Sales team for clients’ needs for preparing on conceptual designs, presentations, designs development and production
- Responsible to propose and design new concepts according to customers' desired needs.
- Propose suitable construction materials, colour scheme, carpentry work and etc.
- Assist to oversee the progress of assigned project in terms of drawings
- Provide creative direction, feedback, and guidance to designers throughout the design process, ensuring designs meet quality standards, timelines, and budget constraints.
- Provide visionary leadership to the interior design team, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment. Set clear goals and objectives, and empower team members to excel in their roles.
- To attend the site visit, site measurement, and meeting with the client (outstation occasionally)
- Able to meet client, present concept and drawings
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Interior Design or equivalent.
- A minimum of 3 years of professional experience (5 years of experience for Head of Design) in commercial interior design projects.
- Highly prefer candidates with creative design experience expecially in commercial retail field.
- Knowledge of AutoCad & 3D Studiomax, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketchup, MS Office.
- Possess a strong flair for design concepts and details.
- Good leadership, teamwork with strong commitment and self-motivated.
- Proven ability to prioritize in order to meet deadlines and provide high quality service to clients.
- Willing to outstation occasionally for site visit, site measurement, and meeting with the client.
