Job Description

•  Work closely with the Sales team for clients’ needs for preparing on conceptual designs, presentations, designs development and production
• Responsible to propose and design new concepts according to customers' desired needs.
• Propose suitable construction materials, colour scheme, carpentry work and etc.
• Assist to oversee the progress of assigned project in terms of drawings 
• Provide creative direction, feedback, and guidance to designers throughout the design process, ensuring designs meet quality standards, timelines, and budget constraints.
• Provide visionary leadership to the interior design team, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment. Set clear goals and objectives, and empower team members to excel in their roles.
• To attend the site visit, site measurement, and meeting with the client (outstation occasionally)
• Able to meet client, present concept and drawings

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Interior Design or equivalent.
• A minimum of 3 years of professional experience (5 years of experience for Head of Design) in commercial interior design projects. 
• Highly prefer candidates with creative design experience expecially in commercial retail field.
• Knowledge of AutoCad & 3D Studiomax, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketchup, MS Office. 
• Possess a strong flair for design concepts and details.
• Good leadership, teamwork with strong commitment and self-motivated.
• Proven ability to prioritize in order to meet deadlines and provide high quality service to clients.
• Willing to outstation occasionally for site visit, site measurement, and meeting with the client.
