The Role:

As the Senior Interior Designer at The Makeover Guys, you will set the creative direction and lead the interior design process. You will develop and execute design solutions for a diverse range of projects including residential and commercial projects. Your work will directly impact the experience for people working, living, and using the space.

What You’ll Do:

1. Set the creative direction for our interior design projects 
2. Lead the interior design process from concept development to execution
3. Support the pitching process and propose design solutions that aligns with the clients vision, brand identity, and project goals
4. Involvement in the pitching and tendering process to acquire developer and commercial projects
5. Create mood boards, pitch decks, and proposals to present to our clients 
6. Provide expert design advice and deliver top-notch service through the project lifecycle 
7. Ensure seamless project execution and timely delivery of design solutions 

Job Requirements

1. Minimum of 5 years of relevant interior design or architecture experience, pitching/tendering for developer projects is a plus!  
2. Proficient in design softwares such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suites, and rendering software
3. Ability to articulate design concepts clearly and persuasively to clients and stakeholders
