Our chance to work with the strongest internal technology sales team in the region.

We are looking for fresh grads OR anyone looking to get into sales. You will work in the one of the regions most professional technology sales telemarketing teams.

You will be taught the basics of prospecting, psychology of selling and techniques for maximising the results from your sales interactions.

You will learn to use the our lead and call tracking system, capture data on every call and use insights from our digital outreach to ensure you experience the most modern approach to telephone based selling.

You will work on projects for the world's leading technology vendors and have the chance to build knowledge in areas like cybersecurity, data protection, data analytics AI & Machine learning just to name a few.

What do we need from you?

Great spoken English 

Confident mentality

Desire to earn commission from sales success.

Prepared to work hard - you will need to make a lot of outbound calls each day

Ability to learn fast and keep on learning. 

If you don't have sales experience, but want to get into sales, and have the confidence to talk to people - then get in touch and convince us that you are the right person for this great opportunity. 

Basic salary range is from RM2,000 - RM2,500 & monthly commission 

Key Responsibilities:

• Speak to global customers on the phone every day
• Set up an appointment for sales consultant to close the deal.
• Follow up on leads and articulate the solution to identify potential prospects.
• Prepare EOD Daily Call reports
• Perform minimum of 100 calls per day

Job Requirements

• Able to achieve target set for the number of calls every day plus daily commission awaits you
• Fluent in English and Bahasa
• Experience as an inside sales and IT knowledge is an advantage
• Must be computer savvy and efficient in Microsoft Excel & Word.
• Self-motivated and minimum supervision needed.
• Must be proactive, enthusiastic and fast learner
• Fresh graduate in any degree / no experience is encouraged to apply
• Training will be provided
