Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Senior Videographer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will excel in creating branding, advertisement, corporate videos, and more. You will be responsible for producing high-quality video content that aligns with the latest trends and techniques, ensuring our brand stays at the forefront of the industry.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all aspects of video production, including planning, shooting, guidance on editing, and final QC.
• Responsible for planning and capturing high-quality video footage and editing it into engaging, polished content that aligns with the project’s creative and branding objectives. 
• Develop and execute creative concepts for various types of videos, ensuring they align with brand guidelines and project objectives.
• Shoot high-quality footage using professional camera equipment, and ensure optimal lighting and audio.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in video production, and apply them to keep our content fresh and relevant.
• Oversee multiple video projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and maintaining high production standards.
• Coordinate with other departments to meet video requirements and ensure smooth project execution.
• Mentor and guide junior videographers and editors, providing feedback and support to enhance their skills.
• Work closely with brand advisors, photographers, video editors and social media teams to produce content that supports overall branding and marketing strategies.

Job Requirements

• Ability to communicate in both Mandarin and English fluently.
• Diploma or degree in Film, Video Production, Multimedia, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in video production, with a proven track record in creating branding, advertisement, and corporate videos.
• Strong knowledge of camera equipment, lighting setups, and audio recording.
• Experience with motion graphics, color grading, and special effects.
• Strong creative vision with excellent storytelling abilities.
• Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to producing high-quality work.
• Must provide a portfolio showcasing previous video production work.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends and travel as required.
