You will be responsible for producing high-quality video content that aligns with the latest trends and techniques, ensuring our brand stays at the forefront of the industry. 
Responsibilities:

<li>Lead and manage all aspects of video production, including planning, shooting, guidance on editing, and final QC.</li>
<li>Responsible for planning and capturing high-quality video footage and editing it into engaging, polished content that aligns with the project’s creative and branding objectives.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Develop and execute creative concepts for various types of videos, ensuring they align with brand guidelines and project objectives.</li>
<li>Shoot high-quality footage using professional camera equipment, and ensure optimal lighting and audio.</li>
<li>Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in video production, and apply them to keep our content fresh and relevant.</li>
<li>Oversee multiple video projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and maintaining high production standards.</li>
<li>Coordinate with other departments to meet video requirements and ensure smooth project execution.</li>
<li>Mentor and guide junior videographers and editors, providing feedback and support to enhance their skills.</li>
