Job Description

• Self-produce inspiring videos 
  • Videos to be produced for a variety of digital platforms (including Facebook, YouTube and Instagram) and offline channels
  • Produce and edit original content and cut existing materials into new edits 
  • Ability to edit quickly, convert to multiple formats and post to various outlets 
• Manage the organisation of projects and related media assets as well as backing up/archiving 
• Pro-actively produce original short-form content for the web and mobile 
• Take photographs for use in internal and marketing activity. 
• Support any other digital marketing initiatives as they are developed. 
• Undertake any other activities as required by the Head of Marketing, some of which may require work during unsociable hours, including weekends 

Job Requirements

•  A pro-active approach to work. 
• Good people skills. 
• Strong video production and photography skills.
•  Experience of filming in a documentary style would be an advantage.
• Strong sound recording and knowledge of basic audio mixing.
• Able to handle basic colour correction. 
• Working knowledge of video Editing Software.
• Knowledge of Photoshop for editing photos and creating graphics for videos. 
• Ability to produce animated GIFs.
