<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;<strong>Client Invoicing </strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Provide accurate invoicing process to clients by following Ausenco financial procedures and sending drafts, fixing errors, calculate and enter approved corrections such as credit notes, checking taxation amounts and checking address details so they are correct.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Obtain client contract copies prior to invoicing.</li>
<li>Accurate review of contract to ensure the terms and conditions of the contract is correctly reflected in Oracle before sending the draft to Project Manager.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Ensure that all special requirement on projects are recorded at the designated database.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Systems</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Provide accurate financial systems within Ausenco by undertaking regular review of the system data ensuring that sell rates and project master data is up-to-date.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Contribute towards the continuous improvement of Ausenco’s financial systems by monitoring current effectiveness and testing new configurations.</li>
<li>Identify key income accruals at each period end and inform Analyst team.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Resolve errors on unapplied receipts.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Stakeholder Management </strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Maintain a good working relationship with internal and external stakeholders such as Project Managers, Finance Team and clients by providing timely response according to SLA.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Answer enquiries and provide advice to internal and external clients regarding Financial Systems and Accounts Receivable practices and procedures in order to achieve effective client relationships.&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Reporting</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Prepare reporting for Work in Progress items for Cash Flow Projection as well as other ad-hoc monthly reports on invoicing progress to business stakeholders.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Ensure Invoice Sending Checklist is updated daily with the latest information.</li>
<li>Ensure iRis reporting are updated with the latest and accurate information twice a month as scheduled by Contract to Cash process manager.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Complete ad-hoc reporting as required.&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Formal Education and Qualifications</strong> – Essential qualifications and/or education&nbsp;</p>
<ul>
<li>Degree in Accounting/Business Studies and/or pursuing professional Accounting Qualification&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Skills and Knowledge</strong> – Level of skills and knowledge areas needed to operate competently in role.&nbsp;</p>
<ul>
<li>Basic accounting knowledge&nbsp;</li>
<li>Good problem solving skills&nbsp;</li>
<li>High level of attention to detail&nbsp;</li>
<li>Complies with confidentiality requirements&nbsp;</li>

<p><strong>Work Experience</strong> – Detail work experience background willl be an added advantage.</p>

<li>Experienced in financial systems administration.&nbsp;</li>
<li>1 – 2 years in an Accounts Receivable role would be preferred.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Previous experience in Oracle preferred.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Experience handling North America billing.&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
