Job Description

• Design, develop and maintain backend services with high scalability, reliability, and performance
   
• Build and integrate with APIs (RESTful, GraphQL, 3rd party platforms)
   
• Develop automation tools and backend logic to support internal workflows, bots, and web systems
   
• Deploy and manage applications on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) — using services like Cloud Functions, Cloud Run, Firestore, Cloud Tasks, Pub/Sub, etc.
   
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues with minimal supervision
   
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, operations, devs) to ensure timely delivery
   
• Provide clear, consistent progress updates and take ownership of your assigned modules
   
• Practice secure coding, maintain documentation, and uphold code quality 

Job Requirements

✅ Minimum 3 years of backend development experience in production environments
✅ Strong command of Python, Node.js, or similar backend languages
✅ Hands-on experience with API development, webhooks, and automation scripting
✅ Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) tools & services
✅ Good understanding of databases (MySQL)
✅ Committed to thriving in a fast-paced, high-responsibility environment
✅ Strong sense of ownership, professionalism, and integrity
✅ Able to work independently with minimal supervision, yet communicate clearly when needed
✅ Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
